euNetworks Buys Inland Fibre Telecom

euNetworks_Map_2015euNetworks Ireland Private Fiber Limited, a subsidiary’s of euNetworks Group Limited, Europe’s bandwidth infrastructure provider, acquired 100% of the shares of Dublin, Ireland-based bandwidth provider Inland Fibre Telecom.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed.

The acquisition will allow euNetworks to add 130km to the network and further strengthen its Dublin market offering. Led by Jim McMahon, founder and Director, Inland Fibre provides a network that offers routes along the canalways, comprehensive diversity options to key data centres in the city and access to business parks in Maynooth and Naas.

Led by Brady Rafuse, Chief Executive Officer, euNetworks is a bandwidth infrastructure provider, owning and operating 13 fibre based metropolitan networks across Europe connected with a high capacity intercity backbone covering 45 cities in 10 countries.
The London-based company offers a portfolio of metropolitan and long haul services including Dark Fibre, Metro Wavelengths, Wavelengths, Ethernet, and Internet.
