H-Farm Acquires International School of Treviso for €800K

hfarmH-Farm SpA (AIM Italia: FARM), the Roncade, Treviso Italy-based digital innovation company, acquired International School of Treviso Srl, an English language school dedicated to people aged 3/14, for €800k..

The acquisition was made via Digital Accademia S.r.l., the Corporate and Student Education subsidiary of H-Farm.

istreviso-logoThis deal allows H-Farm to start the strategic development of its Education Business Unit which was announced in conjunction with its floatation on AIM (read here).
International School of Treviso is IBO Certified for PYP (Primary Years Program) and MYP (Middle Years Program) paths, has approx. 200 subscribers in the academic year 2015-2016.
In addition, H-Farm also announced a framework agreement with Collegio Pio X of Treviso, to get the needed school authorization to launch I.G.C.S.E. and IB (Diploma Programme) certified learning courses in September 2016, and started a direct certification path, which would make it completely autonomous in 2017/2018 to develop its K-12 learning activities.
