Greycroft Closes Fourth Venture Capital Fund, at $200M

Greycroft PartnersNew York City- and Los Angeles-based venture capital firm Greycroft, LLC, closed its fourth early stage fund, at $200m.

Led by newly promoted partner Ellie Wheeler, Alan Patricof, Dana Settle, Ian Sigalow, John Elton, and Mark Terbeek, Greycroft IV will continue to focus on investing in Internet and mobile companies.
The first investments out of the new fund will be made in January 2016.

Founded in 2006 by Managing Director Alan Patricof, the firm has $800M in total capital under management. Exits include Buddy Media, Huffington Post, Maker Studio, Trunk Club, and Braintree while existing portfolio companies are Extreme Reach, AppAnnie, and The RealReal.
Greycroft has a team of 20 people between New York City and Los Angeles.
