Invoice Cloud, a Braintree, MA-based provider of secure e-payments and Electronic Bill Presentment with Payment (EBPP) solutions, acquired the majority of ImageVision.net, a provider of HealthPay24, which allows online payments at integrated healthcare providers.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow Invoice Cloud, a company with over 500 clients in 36 states in the USA, to extend its electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) presence into healthcare.
The team at HealthPay24 aims to leverage the investment into an expanded presence across the country.
Led by David Millary, former President of ImageVision.net and new President of Invoice Cloud’s Healthcare Division, the acquired company offers HealthPay24, which provides Point of Service (POS) and online payment processing to hospitals via a compliant solution that is integrated with all major hospital information systems.
