iprice group, a Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia-based e-commerce affiliate network, completed $1.2m second seed funding round.
The round was led by existing backer Asia Venture Group (AVG) with participation from 500 Startups, IMJ Investment Partners, Venturra, F2 Capital, and
Startstrike Ventures.
The company, which has now raised a total of $1.75m, will use the funds for mobile enhancement, extension of its coupon and deal serving capabilities to media publishers around the region.
Founded in October 2014 by David Chmelař, Chief Executive Officer, iprice group is a shopping platform that allows consumers to find over 15 million aggregated products online serving over one million visits a month across seven markets: Malaysia (iprice.my), Indonesia (iprice.co.id), Singapore (iprice.sg), Vietnam (iprice.vn), Thailand (ipricethailand.com), Philippines (iprice.ph), and Hong Kong (iprice.hk).
