Lily, a San Francisco, California-based maker of a drone camera, raised $15m in funding.
Backers included Spark Capital, SV Angel, the Stanford-StartX Fund, musician Steve Aoki and football legend Joe Montana.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to advance the product, expand the team, and deliver the product in Summer 2016.
Co-founded in 2013 by Henry Bradlow, CTO, and Antoine Balaresque, CEO, Lily is developing an autonomous, portable drone which captures image over everything, which also features a companion wristle-positioned tracking device controlling angle, altitude, and speed and a mobile app for iOS and Android devices).
The company currently has a team of 37 individuals.
