Upthere, Inc., a Palo Alto, CA-based cloud company, received a new credit facility from Square 1 Bank, a division of Pacific Western Bank.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The proceeds from the facility may be used to support company operations or future growth.
Backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Elevation Partners, Floodgate, Google Ventures, NTT DOCOMO Ventures, and Western Digital, Upthere provides a cloud personal storage platform to keep, manage, organize, and share users’ photos, videos, music, and documents. The company’s products are available on iPhone, Android Phone, and Mac.
