Visma, an Oslo, Norway-based provider of business software and services for accounting and administration, acquired DigitalBooker, a Finnish provider of an online booking system.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition will allow Visma to expand its business as the company is looking forward to provide existing and new customers with a SaaS-based online booking system like the DigitalBooker.
Led by Fredrik Rönnlund and Henrik Karlström, DigitalBooker provides a SaaS-based online booking system which let people manage their business’ time. The company serves yoga, beauty and resource bookings customers including New Hairstore, Gigantti, Kämp Spa, Ruohonjuuri and Finnair, among others.
Led by Øystein Moan, CEO, and Terhi Karasjärvi, Managing Director, Visma provides business software and services for accounting and administration to more than 400k customers. With offices in Norway (HQ), Sweden, Denmark , Finland, the Netherlands, Romania, UK, Ireland, Poland, Spain, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia and Serbia, the company had group revenues NOK 7,100m in 2014.
