Booster Fuels Raises $9M in Series A Funding

-

boosterBooster Fuels, a Seattle, WA–based fuel delivery startup, raised $9m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Maveron with participation from Madrona Venture Group, Version One Ventures and RRE Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, David Wu, general partner at Maveron, joined Booster Fuels’ board.

The company, which has now raised $12.5m in total funding, intends to use the capital to continue to expand operations in North Texas and Silicon Valley as well as to augment the engineering and operations team.

Led by Frank Mycroft, CEO and Co-Founder, Booster Fuels provides on-demand fuel delivery for vehicles at select corporate campuses while customers are at work. It allows customers to park their car, indicate that they want “a Boost” through the mobile app or online, and return at the end of their day to a full tank.
The service is also available as a corporate benefit to employees.
