HandInScan Ltd., a Debrecen, Hungary-based health technology company focusing on hand hygiene control, closed a $1.45M series A funding round.
Perion Investment Fund made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to expedite the commercialization of its flagship product, the Hand-in-Scan Medical Trainer, and to further develop its technology and service portfolio.
Led by Dr. Tamas Haidegger and Peter Rona, HandInScan provides the Hand-in-Scan Medical Trainer, a device for providing immediate feedback regarding hand hygiene to consumers, professionals and laymen alike.
