MindTouch, a San Diego, CA-based SaaS customer experience-centric platform provider, raised $12m in Series A funding.
The round was led by PeakSpan Capital with participation from SK Ventures and SAP SE.
The company will use the new funds to increase its product capabilities and integrations with companies such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and others, as well as grow its marketing, business development, sales, and engineering teams.
Founded in 2005 by Steve Bjorg and Aaron Fulkerson, MindTouch provides a SaaS solution for customer success/engagement management allowing companies to create smarter customers to accelerate the sales cycle and drive product adoption. It serves both established enterprises that make physical products like Whirlpool, Newmar, MakerBot, and Remington, as well as startup companies like Code42, Zenefits, Zuora, and Docker.
