Makeable Rebrands as Gooten and Closes $1.35M Funding

-

Gooten_LogoMakeable, a NYC-based provider of custom print fulfillment services, has rebranded as Gooten, and closed a bridge financing round of $1.35m.

The round was led by existing investors ff Venture Capital and KEC Ventures, following a seed financing with an investor group including Lead Edge Capital, Dennis Phelps of Institutional Venture Partners, and Semyon Dukach of Techstars.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance its core offerings.

Led by newly and appointed CEO Brian Rainey, and Co-Founder and CTO Micah Smith, Gooten is a custom print fulfillment service that enables businesses to simplify product fulfillment through an API, iOS and Android SDKs for white-labeled print sales, a Shopify App which automates product fulfillment, and B2B direct sales of merchandise and promotional products.
