In this role, Kispert will help lead fundraising efforts bringing to the firm his expertise in building and positioning companies for growth and network.
Prior to joining BDV, Kispert was CEO of Spansion. Prior to joining Spansion, he spent 13 years in a number of executive management roles at KLA-Tencor, including president and chief operations officer, and held several senior management positions with IBM.
Kispert currently serves on the board of directors of Cypress Semiconductors, Gigamon Inc., Extreme Networks, TriNet and Tela Innovations.
