Justworks, an HR & payments platform provider based in NYC, raised $33m in Series C funding.
The round was led by Redpoint Ventures with participation from existing investors Bain Capital Ventures, Thrive Capital and Index Ventures.
The company, which has raised $53m in total funding, will use its current funding to invest in its core technology and features and enhance its benefits platform with additional partnerships and offerings.
Led by Isaac Oates, founder and CEO, Justworks provides small and medium-sized companies with a platform to automate payments, payroll, HR admin, benefits enrollment and government paperwork.
The company, which also partners with healthcare carriers to provide additional savings, has an established presence in New York and licenses in all 50 states.
