lifeboostLife Boost, a Northville, MI-based health and wellness technology company, closed a $1.25m Series D funding round.

The backers remained undisclosed.

The company will use the funds to launch its proprietary system Tespo.

co-founded by Jeff Linton and Ted Mills, Life Boost is the maker of Tespo, a consumer direct, subscription-based vitamin system providing customers with a monthly supply of nutritional supplements in a single 4-inch diameter disc that is inserted into the proprietary Tespo dispenser, which then modifies mixing time and water based on the type of disc being utilized. .
Tespo commenced a pre-sale in November 2015 and is launching with five product offerings initially.
