Moat, a NYC-based developer of technologies and products for brand advertisers and premium publishers, raised $50m in funding.
The round was reportedly led by Insight Venture Partners.
The company is using the funds for product innovation and expansion of operations.
Founded in 2010 by brothers Noah Goodhart and Jonah Goodhart and Michael Walrath, Moat provides Moat Intelligence, a cross platform analytics
tool that allows brands and publishers to measure and drive attention on ad impressions and content views, and Moat Pro, a real-time marketing and ad intelligence platform for buyers and sellers.
According to an article on the WSJ, the company is now advancing a new product, a measurement tool for web advertisers and publishers to assess whether people is attracted to and interested in digital ads.
