Terminus Raises $7.5M in Series A Funding

terminusTerminus, an Atlanta, GA-based B2B marketing platform provider, raised $7.5m in Series A funding.

The round included $5m in equity financing and $2.5m in venture debt. It was led by Edison Partners, with participation from existing investors including Hyde Park Venture Partners, Arthur Ventures and Knoll Ventures. Edison’s General Partner, Ryan Ziegler, is joining the Terminus Board of Directors, in conjunction with the transaction.

The company intends to use the funds for product development and expansion of its workforce.

Co-founded in 2014 by Eric Vass (CTO), Sangram Vajre (CMO), and Eric Spett (CEO), Terminus provides a platform that enables B2B marketers to target accounts across digital channels (mobile, social, display and video) and integrations to 50+ ad exchanges and engage decision-makers.
The company, which currently serves over 130 customers, including Gainsight, Dun & Bradstreet, Vidyard, Influitive and Invoca, has 30 employees in Atlanta and plans to double that number by the end of the year. It reached $1.5m revenue in 11 months.
