Mizzen+Main, a Dallas, TX-based maker of apparel for men, raised $3m in funding.
Backers included VTF Capital (VegasTechFund), Ben Nash, Thomas Morstead, George Couri, Bruce Kalmick, Brian Tochman and others.
The company, which has now raised $4.25 million to date, will use the funds to continue to grow and expand operations.
Founded in 2012 by Kevin Lavelle, CEO, Mizzen+Main offers men’s apparel and accessories sourced and manufactured in the United States of America and sold via over 150 retailers nationwide.
The company also donates a percentage of the profits to fund its “Shirt for a Start” program for veterans transitioning to the private sector or startup culture.
