Trustlook, a San Jose, CA-based provider of mobile and IOT security solutions, raised $13.6m in venture capital funding.

The company will use the funds to expand operations. It is hiring in San Jose and Hangzhou, China.
Founded in July, 2013 by CEO Allan Zhang, Trustlook provides over 16 million users with APT (advanced persistent threat) mobile security solutions to detect and address zero-day vulnerabilities and advanced malware. The Android app includes several features including payment protection, antivirus, memory cleaning, data backup & restore, locate Phone and prevent theft, web content security, and ID Check.
