IIoT, Bit Stew Systems Holds Initial Close of Series C Venture Capital Funding

Backers included Yaletown Partners, GE Ventures, BDC Capital and Kensington Capital Partners.

The company intends to use the funds for global market growth and development plans.

Led by Kevin Collins, CEO, Bit Stew Systems provides MIx Core™, a platform for handling data integration, data analysis, and predictive automation for connected devices on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).
The company, which also has offices in the USA, Australia and Europe, recently announced record financial growth for 2015, the securing of a major customer in Europe, and new partnerships that will bring MIx Core to emerging IIoT markets globally.
