NurseBuddy, a Finnish-Irish software solution for home care organizations, raised €650k in funding.
The backers were not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds for product development and growth of international sales. It is currently recruiting sales and marketing professionals at Dublin office.
Founded in 2012 by Simo Hännikkälä, CEO, NurseBuddy has built a mobile solution for optimizing nurses’ and carers’ schedules and sharing information.
The company is now working on integrating sensors, locators, measuring devices and other instruments to the software to further reduce time spent on bureaucratic tasks and ensure that no human factors interfere with data collection.
