Evolve IP, a Wayne, PA-based cloud services company, received a majority investment from middle-market growth-oriented private equity firm Great Hill Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand its business and operations.
Launched in 2007 by Thomas J. Gravina, Chairman, CEO, Evolve IP is a cloud services company providing organizations with a unified option for cloud computing and cloud communications services.
Services including virtual servers, virtual desktops, disaster recovery, unified communications, contact centers etc., are deployed by more than 1,300 commercial business accounts with a combined 104,000+ users, licensed seats and managed end points.
