StreamLink Software, a Cleveland, OH-based SaaS grant and board management software provider, closed a $10m Series A funding.
The round was led by First Analysis, with participation from existing investors North Coast Venture Fund, Blu Venture Investors, Hyde Park Venture Partners, Hyde Park Angels, and individual investors and senior management.
The company will use the investment to further develop its products and accelerate growth in target markets.
Founded in 2008 and led by CEO Adam Roth, StreamLink Software designs, develops and markets process management tools for nonprofit and public sector institutions including:
– a grant management solution, AmpliFund, which captures grant information as data and automates hundreds of complex activities throughout the grant lifecycle; and
– a board management portal, BoardMax, which allows organizations to engage and communicate with board members.
