Lifetime Training Receives Private Equity Investment from Silverfleet Capital

lifetime_trainingLifetime Training, a Bristol, UK-based training provider, received a private equity investment from Silverfleet Capital.

The amount of the deal, whose completion is subject to regulatory approval, was not disclosed.

The investment will enable the company Lifetime Training to accelerate its organic growth and pursue selected bolt-on acquisitions to expand its service offering to new and existing clients.

Founded in 1995 and led by CEO Alex Khan, Lifetime Training offers apprenticeship, recruitment services, self-funded training courses and bespoke courses across a range of different sectors to employers of all sizes in the public and private sectors with a strong presence in the fitness and active leisure, healthcare, hospitality, retail and ‘early years’ sectors. It has developed relationships with many organizations including Greene King, David Lloyd Leisure, Fitness First, Mitchells & Butlers, Pizza Express, Marstons, Bupa, and a number of NHS trusts.

To support its growth, Lifetime has appointed Simon Withey – former Chief Executive of Survitec – as non-Executive Chairman.
