NightSwapping, a French platform that allows members to host people in their homes in exchange of free accomadation in other private locations elsewhere, closed a €2m euro second round of funding.
Backers included BPI, family offices 6ème Sens Participation and Duval Group, as well as angel investors.
The company, which has raised approx. €4m to date, intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations in Europe and America.
Led by Serge Duriavig, founder and CEO, NightSwapping allows people to host people home for one or more nights and earn “nights” in exchange to stay at other members’ places.
The company, which ensures potential property damage as well as physical injuries, has a community of 180k members in 160 countries.
