NYC-based startup studio Betaworks has launched a $75m fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, Betaworks Ventures 1.0 has not raised any amount yet.
The form lists CEO John Borthwick as person related to the offering.
Founded in 2008, Betaworks is an internet startup studio which makes essential products that combine art and science via a linked network of ideas, people data and capital (seed-stage investments of $150k/ $200k).
