PhishMe Raises $42.5M in Series C Funding

PhishMe_LogoPhishMe, a Leesburg, VA-based provider of an enterprise phishing defense and intelligence platform, raised $42.5m in Series C funding.

The round was led by Paladin Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners.

The company intends to use the funds for expansion into Europe and Asia and development of its product and intellectual property portfolio by continuing to invest in its research and development teams.

Led by Rohyt Belani, CEO and Co-Founder, PhishMe provides a defense platform designed to engage all employees in cybersecurity by conditioning behavior to recognize and report malicious phishing emails, thus providing the security teams with real-time attack intelligence.

The company now a employs more than 250 full-time personnel, dedicated to serving its global customer base in their fight against cybercrime and nation-state actors.
