EventBoard, a Silicon Slopes, UT-based developer of cloud meeting tools and analytics, raised $13.5M in Series B funding.
The round was led by Nokia Growth Partners with participation from GE Ventures and existing investors Greycroft Partners, Origin Ventures and Zetta Venture Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Anupam Rastogi, who leads the Connected Enterprise investment practice at NGP, joined EventBoard’s Board of Directors.
The company, which has raised $20.5m in total funding, intends to use the capital to grow the sales and marketing team.
Led by Shaun Ritchie, CEO, EventBoard provides companies with a cloud-based software and analytics platform for meeting management and analysis featuring employee-focused meeting tools and activity-driven insights, including eye-catching conference room displays, streamlined visitor management and detailed space use analytics. The EventBoard display software is available on a variety of Android tablets as well as Marshmallow and Android Nougat operating systems. It integrates with many existing calendar systems, including Google Apps, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365.
The company serves over 1,800 customers including Uber, Twitter, Dropbox, GE, Viacom, and Natural Instruments.
