Evatic, a Trondheim, Norway-based software vendor within service management, acquired UK-based Cranbox, the owner of the Tesseract service management software product.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Together Evatic and Tesseract will complement each other’s product portfolio and strengthen the product offering within the service management field in the market.
Led by Colin Brown, founder and CEO, Tesseract has its main office in High Wycombe just outside London and an US office in Reston, Virginia.
Led by Pål M. Rødseth, CEO, Evatic is a service management software company with additional offices in Sweden, Germany, France, Poland and Singapore.
Owned by the founders and Viking Venture, Evatic has more than 300 customers in 30+ countries.
