EnergySavvy Raises $14M in Series D Financing

energysavvyEnergySavvy, a Seattle, WA-based cloud software company for utilities to improve customer experience and operations, raised $14m in Series D equity financing.

The round was led by GXP Investments, with participation from Inherent Group and existing investors Prelude Ventures and EnerTech Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to continue investing in its solutions.

Led by CEO Aaron Goldfeder, EnergySavvy provides cloud based solutions that enable utilities to improve the customer experience through data-driven insights, engagement, and operations.
The company is also launching a Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) consulting practice for utilities, which – led by Advisor Jim Madej, former Chief Customer Officer of National Grid – enables clients to develop their roadmap, manage business cases and deliver new customer experience solutions.
EnergySavvy now serves nearly 40 utilities and state energy programs.
