CarForce, a Houston, Texas-based provider of an IoT platform for connected cars, raised a funding round of undisclosed amount.
Backers included Digitech Venture Capital Fund, Seed Sumo and Jason Calacanis.
Founded by CEO Jessika Lora, a former eBay Motors executive, CarForce provides a cloud-based platform that leverages connected car telematics to provide vehicle dealership customers with real time updates on the health of their customer’s vehicles, give customers with a better customer service experience including remote diagnostics.
The company intends to use the funds to initially target Texas and California and then expand nationally.
