Sigma Prime Ventures, a Boston, MA-based early stage technology venture capital firm, added Andrew Rollins as Venture Partner.
Rollins has over 15 years of experience building scalable software and founding technology startups, most notably as the co-founder and Chief Software Architect of Localytics – a Boston-based startup with $60m in venture financing – from 2008 to 2016. Prior to founding Localytics, he was a software engineer at Microsoft. Rollins worked on enterprise storage technologies and was also a member of the team that created the exFAT file system.
He currently holds advisory and board positions at various early stage companies, is an alumni and mentor for the Techstars accelerator program.
