StreamLink Software, a Cleveland, OH-based provider of a SaaS platform to simplify board and grant management tasks, raised an additional $2.6m in equity and debt funding.
Cleveland-based venture development organization JumpStart made a $500k investment while Silicon Valley Bank in Santa Clara, CA, provided $2.1m in venture debt.
This $2.6m raise is part of a larger $10m financing round for StreamLink Software. The round was led by First Analysis and North Coast Venture Fund with participation from existing investors, including Hyde Park Venture Partners, Hyde Park Angels, Blu Venture Investors and North Coast Angel Fund.
Launched in 2008 and led by CEO Adam Roth, StreamLink Software has two products:
– BoardMax, which allows organizations to engage and communicate with board members, and
– AmpliFund, a grant management software platform.
The company currently has more than 40 employees.
