Axonify, a Waterloo, ON, Canada-based employee knowledge platform, raised US$27M in growth equity funding.
The round was led by new investor JMI Equity and existing investor BDC Capital, through the BDC IT Venture Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate customer acquisition and extend the capabilities of the platform.
Led by Carol Leaman, President and CEO, Axonify leverages brain science, adaptive learning, gamification, microlearning and knowledge-on-demand to provide a SaaS-based employee knowledge platform which enables organizations to intelligently deliver information to employees in a personalized and engaging way, designed for long-term knowledge acquisition. The solution also features analytics and reporting capabilities.
The company serves such brands as Walmart, Toyota, Bloomingdale’s, and Johnson & Johnson.
