Greystone Technology, a Denver, CO-based provider of outsourced IT services for small and midsize organizations, raised $2M in funding.
Cypress Growth Capital provided the royalty-based growth capital.
The company intends to use the funds to scale their service model to add customers, build business development and marketing capabilities, expand into the enterprise market, as well as to grow its healthcare IT and digital marketing, security, and compliance practices.
Founded in 2001 by co-founders Peter Melby and Jesse Armstrong, Greystone provides clients with a dedicated team of engineers, consultants and business technology advisors to deliver managed services covering seven key aspects of business technology:

The company employs 70 people in three offices.
