Insight Venture Partners, a global private equity and venture capital firm, has added Ian Sandler as Chief Operating Officer.
Sandler is the former Chief Operating Officer of Global Equities at Citadel. Previously, he was a Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer in Carlyle’s Global Market Strategies Division.
In this new role, Sandler will have direct responsibility across Legal, Finance, Compliance, Investor Relations, IT, HR and Onsite. As COO, he will focus on scaling the organization and will report directly to Deven Parekh.
