Linux Academy, a Dallas, TX-based online Linux and cloud training platform and community, secured $2.3m in funding.

The financing will be used to support growth initiatives including growing the community of students and launch new products in the coming months
Led by Anthony James, Founder and CEO, Linux Academy operates a large community dedicated to Linux and cloud training on the web. The student-centric company aims to enable people to find or progress within careers in segments of the technology industry including: Azure, AWS, OpenStack and other cloud and big data technologies through self-paced courses, hands-on server labs, personal access to expert instructors and a learning library.
