Tenstreet, a Tulsa, OK-based provider of driver recruiting software and workflow solutions for the trucking and transportation industry, received an investment from Spectrum Equity.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the investment, Chris Mitchell, Jake Heller and Govind Anand of Spectrum Equity will join Tenstreet’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate the development of its product portfolio.
Founded by Tim Crawford (CEO), Craig Johnson, Mike Hanisch, Bryan Riddle and Dale Reagan, Tenstreet provides nearly 1,000 motor carriers and private fleets with web-based tools (IntelliApp, Xpress and Xchange) to recruit, hire and manage drivers.
