Tola Capital Closes $295.5M Venture Capital Fund

Tola Capital, a Seattle, WA-based venture capital firm, closed a $295.5m venture capital firm.

According to a regulatory form filed with the SEC, 11 investors participated in the offering of Tola Capital GP, LLC.

Led by Sheila Gulati, former General Manager, Application Platform and Developer Marketing, at Microsoft, Tola Capital focuses on backing enterprise software companies enabled by new data and cloud platforms. The firm invests globally and across multiple stages.
It has invested in Aurigo, Convercent, Indix, Minubo, Nulogy, Opera Solutions, Osi Soft, ProtectWise, SaleMove, Shift Mobility, etc., exiting ParStream, Hybris Software, APT, and 3Scale.

The team also includes Stacey Giard, Principal and COO, Aaron Fleishman, Investment Manager, and Tashi Schmidt, CFO.
