Click & Boat, a Paris, France-based peer to-peer boat rental platform, raised €1m in funding.
Paris based investment company Olma Fund made the investment.
The company intends to use the funds to develop its leadership across Europe and launch brand new services after the acquisition of its main competitor Sailsharing.
Founded in 2013 by Edouard Gorioux and Jérémy Bismuth, Click & Boat is an online peer-to-peer boat rental platform which allows owners to monetize their investment, meanwhile offers renters less expensive boating experiences.
After the launch of Click & Yacht, an activity dedicated to luxury units, the company now plans to launch some new digital platforms and applications committed to European end-users.
