Coolfire Solutions Inc., a ST. Louis-based provider of situational awareness sotfware, received a significant strategic investment from Clayton Venture Group (CVG), the venture capital arm of the car rental company Enterprise Holdings Inc.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company will use proceeds to accelerate its growth as well as develop its Ronin mobile software platform.
Led by Don Sharp, CEO, Coolfire Solutions leverages data from the “Internet of Things” (IoT) and a variety of other sources to improve situational awareness for businesses.
Its Ronin is a mobile-first situational awareness platform that enables people, assets and information to connect to drive informed decision making processes.
