GAN Ventures, the Denver, Colorado-based venture capital arm of the Global Accelerator Network, has launched its first fund.
According to a regulatory form filed with the S.E.C., GAN Ventures Fund I, LP, is seeking to raise $10m to make early stage investments supporting the activity of the accelerators which are part of the network.
The GAN is a network of 80 accelerators and organizations spanning six continents and more than 125 cities around the world operating short-term programs that provide funding, training, mentoring and connections to startup companies.
The GAN’s primary focus is on supporting those accelerators and their founders by providing industry data and best practices, networking opportunities, training, special perks, and ongoing support for its members and their entrepreneurs.
The document lists Reilly Flynn and Pat Riley as managing directors.
