Healthy Roster, a Columbus, Ohio-based creator of a mobile sports-specific electronic health record, received an investment from Queen City Angels.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company plans to use the investment to scale its sales efforts and to continue product development.
Led by Nathan Heerdt, CEO, Healthy Roster provides a mobile app that allows parents to connect with Certified Athletic Trainers, from local area hospitals, when their kids get hurt playing youth sports, while also enabling trainers to add, track and edit injuries of kids they train.
Health Roster also gives Sports Medicine departments a dashboard where they can track injuries system-wide and ROI.
