Spatial, a Cincinnati, OH-based social intelligence company, raised $2.1m in seed funding.
The round was led by Serra Ventures with participation from Connetic Ventures, M25 Group, Fulcrum, Caerus Investment Partners and angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to grow operations.
Led by Lyden Foust, CEO, and Will Kiessling, CTO, Spatial provides an artificial intelligence software platform that aggregates unstructured social data from over 30 sources using human-driven, machine-assisted analysis across hundreds of cities in real time to provide smart city solutions throughout travel, real estate, urban planning and mobility industries.
