BitSensor, an Eindhoven, The Netherlands-based web application security cybersecurity startup, secured €400k in funding.
The round was led by Volta Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop its software and grow its customer support.
Co-founded by Ruben van Vreeland and Alex Dings, BitSensor uses big data correlation and attack detection to give visual insight into attacks and creates applications that learn to defend themselves.
The solution maps and correlates early hacking signs, creating a hacker profile. Given this, a customer is then able to automatically block the hacker before they get through, making use of the visualized data in the dashboard with graphs which guide them through the process of finding anomalies.
