Koherent, a Cardiff, Wales, UK-based provider of property software, secured a six figure investment from Finance Wales.
The exact amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company is using the funds to expand its team and operations.
Led by Brooke Williams, CEO, Koherent provides agents, landlords, tenants and contractors with a software platform to raise and monitor maintenance requests and jobs. The solution enables tenants to raise maintenance issues, upload pictures and get real-time updates from agents/landlords, contractors to accept new maintenance bookings, send quotes and talk with agents and landlords directly through the app and landlords to text messages and phone calls to tenants, agents and contractors.
The company, which already has six staff members, is now looking to hire an additional three people.
