Bolstra, a Carmel, Ind.-based agile customer success management platform for software-as-a-service companies, raised $1.5m in seed funding.
The round was co-led by Allos Ventures and 4G Ventures, with participation from Collina Ventures, Elevate Ventures and private investors.
Launched in 2016 by Haresh Gangwani, CEO, Bolstra provides a customer success solution that guides users through a series of best practices for customer engagement, assisting SaaS companies in maximizing retention and customer lifetime value by prescriptively managing engagements in real time.
Since launch, the company has served a roster of SaaS and other B2B technology customers including aPriori, DemandJump, Formstack and ClearObject.
It had raised $1.5m in July 2016.
