Botworx.ai, a Los Altos, CA-based authentic conversational commerce platform, raised $3m in seed funding.
The round was led by Costanoa Ventures with participation from SV Angel.
The company intends to use the funds to build out its platform.
Founded in 2016 by CEO Mahi de Silva, Manoj Malhotra and Mark Fruehan, Botworx.ai provides a platform that enables brands to acquire, engage, and transact with consumers via messaging apps like Facebook Messenger, WeChat and iMessage.
The platform features full lifecycle management and analytics, an AI-powered natural language engine and commerce, trust and security features.
