Convercent Closes $10M Funding Round

convercentConvercent, a Denver, CO-based provider of SaaS enterprise ethics and compliance management software, closed a $10m round of funding.

Existing investors Sapphire Ventures and Tola Capital shared the round that brought Convercent’s total capital raised to $47m.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, including investments in innovation and expansion of its sales and marketing worldwide.

Led by Patrick Quinlan, co-founder and CEO, Convercent provides a SaaS based enterprise application that enables companies to proactively manage their ethics and compliance programs, and instill ethical business practices in consistently addressing the needs of their employees, customers and partners.
The company currently serves hundreds of customers, in more than 130 countries including Ruby Tuesday, Zenefits, Kimberly-Clark Corporation and PPG Industries.
