Dallas, Texas-based fundrasing agency Pursuant acquired TouchPoint Software, LLC, a Memphis, Tennessee web-based church management software system provider.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by founder and lead developer David Carroll, TouchPoint provides a web and mobile based management software system that enables church leaders to manage their church, engage their people, and fundraising efforts. Today, 275 churches use the software.
The acquisition enables Pursuant to continue to increase its data-driven, technology-enabled solutions for nonprofits, ministries, and churches. The acquiring company plans to accelerate investment in TouchPoint’s staff and product development as well as integrate its suite of analytics and technology solutions.
TouchPoint will continue to be based in Memphis, Tennessee, and will remain an independent brand.
